目的:研究源于同一植株不同生长期陈皮挥发油成分的变化规律。方法采用水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,GC-MS测定;GC-MS数据分析与AMDIS软件进行解析。结果:4批陈皮共定性、定量72个化合物,总含量分别为95.542%,92.138%,98.655%,96.201%。含量最高的2个化合物是柠檬烯与芳樟醇,分别占43.78~68.432%,9.258~15.724%。结论:4批次陈皮挥发油几乎含有相同的物质成分,各成分在含量上有一定差异。一些物质的量变规律对于揭示陈皮挥发油类成分的动态变化规律具有重要意义。
OBJECTIVE: To study the variation of volatile oil components from the same plant at different growth stages. Methods Volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and determined by GC-MS. GC-MS data and AMDIS software were analyzed. Results: Four batches of dried tangerine peel had a total of 72 compounds with the total contents of 95.542%, 92.138%, 98.655% and 96.201%, respectively. The highest content of the two compounds are limonene and linalool, accounting for 43.78 ~ 68.432%, 9.258 ~ 15.724%. Conclusion: The four batches of volatile oil of dried tangerine peel almost contain the same substance composition, the content of each ingredient has a certain difference. The quantitative laws of some substances are of great significance for revealing the dynamic changes of volatile oil components of dried tangerine peel.
