指出汽轮机泄漏损失的存在严重影响叶片级通流效率,刷式汽封作为一种低泄漏密封装置,近些年来广泛应用于汽轮机汽封系统。对30 MW汽轮机中压缸某压力级带隔板刷式密封进行了全三维CFD数值模拟。研究结果表明:刷式汽封漏气间隙对其漏气量和级效率的影响很大。提出在工程应用中,设计和保证合理的漏气间隙对汽封装置减小漏气量提高级效率具有非常重要的意义。
It is pointed out that the existence of steam turbine leakage greatly affects the efficiency of blade-level through-flow. As a kind of low leakage seal device, brush seal has been widely used in steam turbine seal system in recent years. Full-dimensional CFD numerical simulation of a pressure-level diaphragm brush seal in a 30 MW turbine mid-pressure cylinder was carried out. The results show that the brushless seal leakage has a great influence on the air leakage and the level efficiency. It is put forward that it is of great importance to design and ensure a reasonable air leakage gap in the engineering application to reduce the leakage of gas in the steam sealing device and improve the efficiency.
