研究不同粒径的淤污泥陶砂与膨胀珍珠岩作为骨料形成水泥基材料的吸声性能、抗压强度和耐久性。试验表明:淤污泥陶砂制备的水泥基降噪材料降噪系数低于膨胀珍珠岩制备的水泥基降噪材料的降噪系数,但在交通噪音频率范围800~1 200 Hz内,级配为0.6~1.18 mm的淤污泥陶砂制备的水泥基降噪材料在1 000 Hz处吸声系数达到0.98;其28 d抗压强度最高,能够达到13.6 MPa,远大于膨胀珍珠岩制备的水泥基降噪材料的抗压强度;淤污泥陶砂制备的水泥基降噪材料耐久性能优于膨胀珍珠岩制备的水泥基降噪材料。
The sound-absorbing properties, compressive strength and durability of cement-based materials with different sizes of sludge silt and expanded perlite as aggregates were studied.
