随着社会的不断发展和进步,生活水平、知识水平的逐步提高,人们对疾病的预防、治疗、护理要求越来越高。另一方面,在实际生活中,由于某些媒体对医疗市场不恰当的宣传,加上患者经常遇到就医困难及医疗费用高等问题,致使医患关系不够和谐、投诉事件不断增多。良好的沟通,可化解紧张的医患关系,减少医疗纠纷的发生,提高医院的整体管理水平。
With the continuous development and progress of society, living standards and gradual improvement of knowledge level, people are increasingly demanding in the prevention, treatment and care of diseases. On the other hand, in real life, due to inappropriate media coverage of the medical market by some media and the frequent encounters with patients with medical difficulties and high medical costs, the doctor-patient relationship is not harmonious enough and the number of complaints has been on the rise. Good communication can resolve the tense relationship between doctor and patient, reduce the occurrence of medical disputes and improve the overall management of the hospital.
