目的对锦州市HIV抗体筛查阳性样本的确证结果进行分析,为艾滋病防治工作提供依据。方法对2014年-2016年该市36家HIV筛查实验室上送的筛查阳性样本,使用免疫印迹法(WB)进行确证实验,并对其结果进行回顾性分析。结果 434份HIV抗体筛查阳性的样本,总确证阳性率为85.48%。2014年-2016年确证阳性率分别为83.33%、83.89%、89.36%,各年度确证阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ~2=1.651,P>0.05)。371例确证阳性的样本中,条带阳性率最高为ENV类gp160和gp120,均为100.00%,其次为GAG类条带p24(94.61%)。16例HIV抗体不确定的样本,以gp160条带阳性率最高,为87.50%。全部随访成功,转阳7例,占43.75%,带型为gp160、gp120、p24组合模式。转阴4例,占25.00%。条带无进展5例,占31.25%。结论各年HIV抗体确证阳性率处于平稳水平;ENV类不确定结果提示HIV感染的可能性较大,应重视对其随访工作必要时进行HIV抗体核酸检测。
Objective To analyze the confirmatory result of HIV antibody screening positive samples in Jinzhou and provide the basis for AIDS prevention and control work. Methods The screening positive samples sent from 36 HIV screening laboratories in the city from 2014 to 2016 were confirmed by Western blotting and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results 434 HIV antibody screening positive samples, the total positive rate was 85.48%. The positive rates in 2014-2016 were 83.33%, 83.89% and 89.36%, respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in the positive rates between 2014 and 2016 (χ ~ 2 = 1.651, P> 0.05). Of the 371 positive samples, the highest positive rate was 100.00% for the ENV genus gp160 and gp120, followed by the G24-like band p24 (94.61%). 16 samples of HIV antibody uncertainty, the highest positive rate of gp160 band was 87.50%. All patients were followed up successfully, 7 cases were positive for yang, accounting for 43.75%. The banding patterns were gp160, gp120 and p24. Negative 4 cases, accounting for 25.00%. No progress of the band in 5 cases, accounting for 31.25%. Conclusion The positive rate of confirmed HIV antibody in each year is at a stable level. The uncertainty of ENV class suggests a high possibility of HIV infection. HIV antibody nucleic acid testing should be taken when necessary for follow-up work.
