一般的液化气体储罐,安全阀的排气能力必须大于液化气体储罐的安全泄放量。针对不同规格的液化气体储罐,为了确定安全阀装设的数量和规格,就需要计算安全阀的排气能力和容器的安全泄放量。笔者发现,不同的设计者对同种液化气体储罐安全阀计算中几个参数的选取存在很大差异,造成安全阀的计算不规范甚至有较大偏离,给设备的安全运行可能带来隐患。现介绍几种常见液化气体储罐安全阀计算的一些参数,供参考。
