目前,许多设计单位和工厂正在设计和采用各种结构的推式输送机。但所采用的方案并不一定都能提供最好的效果。因为推式悬挂输送机除了具有许多重大优点之外,还具有一些与一般提式悬挂输送机不同的特点和缺点,所以如何正确选择输送机的线路和结构,是一个重要的问题。不注意这些特点就可能大大减小采用推式输送机的效果,甚至可能会不适当地将它应用到完全可以采用更简单的提式悬挂输送机的地方。推式悬挂输送机的产品设计人员和工厂设计人员,其任务是设计和采用能充分利用这种输送机的优点和尽量减少其缺点的设计及结构方案。
At present, many design units and factories are designing and adopting push knives of various configurations. However, the solutions used do not always provide the best results. Because push-type conveyors, in addition to many significant advantages, have some of the same characteristics and disadvantages as typical lift-type conveyors, it is an important issue how to properly select the line and structure of the conveyors. Failure to be aware of these features can greatly reduce the effect of using push conveyors and may even inappropriately apply them to places where simpler overhead conveyors can be used. Product designers and factory designers of push-type conveyors are tasked with designing and implementing design and construction solutions that take full advantage of the advantages of such conveyors and minimize their shortcomings.
