应用5 室分隔法研究了供体三叶草体内的32P 通过菌丝桥向受体黑麦草的传递作用.结果表明,菌根侵染供体三叶草根系之后,根外菌丝可穿过中室到达受体植株根室而再度侵染受体黑麦草的根系,从而形成三叶草- 黑麦草根系之间的菌丝桥;供体三叶草体内的32P 可通过根间菌丝桥传递给受体黑麦草,32P 的传递量随受体植株施磷水平的提高而降低
The 5-compartment separation method was used to study the transmission of 32P in the donor clover to the ryegrass via mycelium. The results showed that after mycorrhizal invades the roots of the donor clover, the extracellular hyphal filaments can pass through the middle compartment to reach the root compartment of the recipient plants and re-infiltrate the root system of the recipient ryegrass to form the mycelium between the clover-rye grass roots Bridge; 32P in the donor clover body can be transmitted to the recipient ryegrass via the mycorrhizal bridge, and the amount of 32P is decreased as the phosphorus level of the recipient plant is increased
