基于基片集成波导(Substrate Integrated Waveguide,SIW)技术设计了一款具有90°极化转换特性的高性能带通频率选择表面(Band-pass Frequency Selective Surface,BP-FSS)。该FSS的单元结构由上下金属表面有相互垂直“h”形槽缝的矩形SIW谐振腔构成,电磁仿真软件CST MWS仿真结果表明:在16.35~16.53 GHz内,FSS的SIW谐振腔工作于TM120和TM210模式,电磁波能透过FSS结构且极化方向发生了90°的转换。入射角在45°范围内发生变化时,BP-FSS保持良好的带外抑制和角度稳定。
A high-performance band-pass frequency selective surface (BP-FSS) with 90 ° polarization conversion is designed based on SIW (Substrate Integrated Waveguide) technology. The unit structure of the FSS consists of rectangular SIW resonators with vertical “H” slots on the upper and lower metal surfaces. The simulation results of the CST MWS electromagnetic simulation software show that the FSW’s SIW resonator operates at 16.35-16.53 GHz TM120 and TM210 modes, electromagnetic waves can pass through the FSS structure with a 90 ° polarization shift. BP-FSS maintains good out-of-band rejection and angular stability when the incident angle changes within 45 °.
