高密度水基钻井液CO2污染防治技术研究

在实际钻井勘探中常遇到钻井液遭受CO2污染问题,这使得钻井液的性能发生恶化现象,而且对环境也造成污染。下面我们通过对钻井液CO2污染机理进行研究,找到可以解决这一问题的方法,通过采用固相容量限拓展技术,防治高密度水基钻井液CO2的污染。 In real drilling and exploration drilling fluid often encounter CO2 pollution problems, which makes the drilling fluid performance deterioration, but also cause pollution to the environment. In the following, we study the mechanism of CO2 pollution in drilling fluid to find a way to solve this problem. By adopting the solid phase capacity limit expansion technology, we can prevent and control the pollution of CO2 in high density water-based drilling fluid.
