对31例6～13岁的哮喘缓解期患儿进行临床肺功能观察表明,缓解期支气管哮喘患儿存在小气道阻塞现象。经中药内外合治,肺功能小气道阻塞现象明显改善,提示哮喘患儿小气道阻塞现象具有可逆性。
The clinical observation of lung function in 31 children aged 6 to 13 years with remission of asthma showed that small airway obstruction occurred in children with bronchial asthma in remission stage. The traditional Chinese medicine both inside and outside the rule, pulmonary function small airway obstruction improved significantly, suggesting that small airway obstruction in children with asthma reversible.
