第一阶段石墨化 第一阶段退火对渗碳体分解的程度、石墨的形状以及铸铁的加工性质、机械性质,都有决定性的意义。起主导作用的是温度,其次是在该温度保温的时间。在一定的温度保温,石墨化过程在高温进行得快,低温进行得慢,低于一定温度,则几乎不进行。例如“荒0”的材料,在不同温度,硬度随保温时间而下降的趋势,如图4所示。
