我队在千镜山矿区用大口径钻进复杂地层,由于岩矿层松软怕冲刷,长期来岩矿心采取率低,一般在50%以下。曾用喷反钻具,虽采取率可达要求,但分选严重,层位错乱,品质差。为此,我们根据早期使用的无泵钻具原理,设计了一种分水接头双动双管钻具,应用于施工的二个钻孔,效果较好(见附表)。经地质、水文、物探三家验收,认为岩矿心采取率高,层位准确,品质好,较好地满足了地质设计要求。一、结构原理1.分水接头双动双管钻具与其它双管无泵钻具基本相同,但改进了内管回水装置,并在内管上端加了一根短钻杆(见附图)。
Our team drill into complex formations with large caliber in Qianjianshan Mining Area. Due to the soft and scouring rock formations, the rock mining rate is low, generally below 50%. The splitter double action double pipe drill is basically the same as the other double pipeless drill, but the inner pipe backwater is improved and a short drill pipe is added to the upper end of the inner pipe (see attached figure).
