我厂引进装置上使用的两台日本产溶液循环泵的技术参数如下:配套电机功率820kW,电压为6kV;泵流量240m~3/h,总扬程610m,共10级。近年来,由于处理量下降,气压由原来的6.0MPa下降为5.0MPa。现在正常情况下循环量为150m~3/h。由于循环量Q下降,泵的有效功率也就下降。同时,扬程H也显得过高,远大于所需的扬程。此两台泵存在着严重的大马拉小车的现象,又是全厂的耗能大户,我们决定采用抽级的方法对其进行技术改造。具体方法如下:
