采用10次循环活化和测量缓发中子法测定铀含量,使原测量装置对天然铀的探测极限优于5 ppb,测量一个样品的时间约为25 min。当样品含天然铀0.1ppm时,测量结果的相对误差小于5%。
Ten cycles of activation and measurement of delayed neutrons were used to determine the amount of uranium. The detection limit of the original measuring device to natural uranium was better than 5 ppb. The time for measuring one sample was about 25 min. When the sample contains natural uranium 0.1ppm, the relative error of the measurement results is less than 5%.
