目的掌握北京首都第二机场建设前该地区蚊种构成、密度及季节消长情况,为控制蚊媒传染病提供科学参考。方法以机场建设规划图大兴区占地位置为基准,由东向西南方向选取6个自然村为监测点,采用二氧化碳诱蚊灯,于2014年6-10月每旬1次,于日落前1 h开启诱蚊灯,连续监测2 h,捕获蚊虫进行种类鉴定、计数。结果此次调查共捕蚊5883只,隶属2亚科4属5种,淡色库蚊为优势种;大兴区首次捕到骚扰阿蚊;6月下旬为蚊虫密度高峰期;流行性乙型脑炎病毒核酸检测为阴性。结论基本掌握了北京首都第二机场建设前(大兴区辖区)蚊种构成、密度、季节消长等情况。监测结果可以为今后评估蚊媒相关性传染病发生风险、开展蚊虫防治提供科学依据。
Objective To understand the structure, density and seasonal fluctuation of mosquito species in the area before the construction of the second airport in Beijing Capital, and to provide a scientific reference for the control of mosquito-borne infectious diseases. Methods Based on the location of Daxing District in the airport construction planning map, 6 natural villages were selected from the east to the southwest as the monitoring points. Carbon dioxide light-trapping mosquitoes were used to light mosquito lamps for 1 time per day from June to October in 2014, Open mosquito lamp, continuous monitoring 2 h, capture the species identification, counting. Results In this investigation, 5883 mosquitoes were seized, belonging to 5 species, 4 genera and 2 subfamilies, and Culex pipiens pallens were the dominant species. The mosquitoes were first caught in Daxing district, the mosquito density peaked in late June, and the epidemic encephalitis Virus nucleic acid test is negative. Conclusion The situation of mosquito species composition, density and season growth before the construction of No.2 Airport in Beijing Capital is basically mastered. The monitoring results can provide a scientific basis for the future assessment of the risk of mosquito-borne diseases and the prevention and control of mosquitoes.
