研究了转换层设置高度对超高层框架-核心筒结构力学性能的影响情况。计算结果表明,转换层设置高度对结构的自振周期、刚重比等整体性能指标影响较小。但是,随着转换层位置的上升,转换层处的地震作用发生了突变,楼层的地震剪力出现了不同程度的增大。并且,不同高位转换时,框架柱剪力百分比在转换层附近出现突变。这些高位转换带来的不利影响,需引起工程设计人员的警惕。
The effect of the height of the transfer layer on the mechanical properties of the frame-core structure of the super-tall building was studied. The calculation results show that the height of the transfer layer has little effect on the overall performance index of the structure, such as the natural period and the weight-to-weight ratio. However, as the position of the transfer layer increases, the seismic action at the transfer layer has been abruptly changed, and the seismic shear force of the layer has increased to some extent. In addition, the percentage of shear in the frame column changes abruptly near the transition layer at different high positions. The adverse effects of these high transitions require caution from the engineering staff.
