众所周知,内燃机扭转振动吸振功的计算公式是大量的,这些公式大多在试验数据的统计整理基础上获得的,但结果却有很大的差别。其中有些公式只满足发动机的高次的振动、负荷和转速,而对于低次振动、低速及低负荷工况,其值往往过高,因而需要进一步地研究此问题。图1表示柴油机减振现象的机理。开始局限于理想情况的分析,假定柴油机工作过程是连续的,曲轴、传动轴和喷油泵的驱动是绝对刚体。
