《公路养护质量检查评定暂行办法》(以下简称“评定办法”)颁发以来,各地经过实践,认为“评定办法”是好的,可行的,促进了公路的全面养护,提高了公路的养护质量。本文就计算“养护质量综合值”时所用的“加权平均”法,从理论方面进行了研究,并提出了改进建议。我们认为这种探讨是有益的。希望各地养路部门的同志认真总结经验,充分发表意见,以使“评定办法”更为完善。 Since the promulgation of Interim Measures for Quality Assurance of Highway Maintenance (hereinafter referred to as “Assessment Methods”), various localities have considered that the “Assessment Measures” are good and feasible, promoted the comprehensive maintenance of highways and improved the quality of road maintenance. In this paper, the “weighted average” method used in calculating the “integrated value of conservation quality” is studied from the theoretical aspects, and suggestions for improvement are put forward. We think this kind of discussion is helpful. We hope that all the comrades in the maintenance and road safety departments around the country will earnestly sum up their experiences and fully express their opinions in order to make “the assessment method” more perfect.
