采用程序升温还原法制备了MoP/HZSM-5催化剂,并进行了XRD表征。在反应温度400℃、压力1.0 MPa、空速1.0 h-1、氢油体积比400∶1的条件下,在小型固定床反应装置上进行催化裂化汽油中间馏分(50~100℃)的芳构化反应。结果表明,当MoP/HZSM-5催化剂钼的质量分数为3%、初始n(Mo)∶n(P)=1∶1.5、反应温度为400℃时,改性催化剂芳构化活性最佳,液相产品中芳烃质量分数为65.43%,烯烃质量分数为5.42%,液体收率为61.04%。
MoP / HZSM-5 catalysts were prepared by temperature-programmed reduction method and characterized by XRD. Under the conditions of reaction temperature of 400 ℃, pressure of 1.0 MPa, space velocity of 1.0 h-1 and volume ratio of hydrogen to oil of 400: 1, the aromatic structure of catalytic cracking gasoline middle distillate (50-100 ℃) was carried out on a small fixed bed reactor The reaction. The results showed that the aromatization activity of MoP / HZSM-5 catalyst was the best when molybdenum content was 3%, initial n (Mo): n (P) = 1: 1.5 and reaction temperature was 400 ℃. The mass fraction of aromatic hydrocarbons in liquid products was 65.43%, the olefin content was 5.42% and the liquid yield was 61.04%.
