本文提供了苦杏仁甙经酶水解后就其产物苯甲醛作气相色谱分析的方法。文内测定了以内标萘为标准的相对重量校正因子;苯甲醛浓度在1.0~4.0×10~(-7)g/ml范围与苯甲醛/内标萘的峰面积比呈线性关系。由测得水解率数据表明,本法重现性结果良好,可应用于体液中苦杏仁甙的分析。色谱条件如下:柱φ4mm×2m;上试101硅烷化白色载体:60~80目;固定液:5%丁二酸新戊二醇聚酯;柱温140℃;氢焰离子化检测器。
This paper provides a method for gas chromatographic analysis of its product benzaldehyde after enzymatic hydrolysis of amygdalin. The relative weight correction factors based on the internal standard naphthalene were determined in the article. The linear relationship between the benzaldehyde concentration in the range of 1.0-4.0×10-7 g/ml and the peak area ratio of benzaldehyde and internal standard naphthalene. The data from the measured hydrolysis rate showed that this method has good reproducibility and can be applied to the analysis of amygdalin in body fluids. The chromatographic conditions were as follows: column φ4 mm×2 m; silanized white carrier 101 : 60-80 mesh; fixing solution: 5% neopentyl glycol diol polyester; column temperature 140° C.; hydrogen flame ionization detector.
