为了建立一套能反映新时期社会主义大学培养目标的方向性;能反映高等教育、教学的客观规律、找出教学质量的主要因素和内在联系的科学性;能比较有效地反映教学质量的真实情况的客观性以及指标体系尽可能量化给予恰当的量标和权重的可测性的综合测评指标体系,作为评价教师理论授课教学质量的客观依据。本文通过特尔斐过程、依据指标体系设计的原理,提出《测评理论授课教学质量指标体系》并通过试验及多种统计检验结果表明:1.本文设计的测评理论授课教学质量的指标结构及其权重集具有可靠的信度,效度和区分度,并且有方法比较简便,易于掌握的特点。学生、同行、领导均可共同使用。2.对测评的结果,通过统计学处理,能比较确切地计算出每位教师理论授课质量的量化标准,从而克服过去只能定性评价一堂课的教学质量的局限性,更好地区分不同教师理论授课质量的高低、优劣,并能找出每个教学各环节(各项指标)的具体情况,有利于教师改进教学工作,提高教学质量。3.测评指标体系的推广运用,可进一步完善教师全面考核制度,职称评定制度,教学奖励制度,提供比较客观、准确的内容和信息,这对促进教学改革,加强教学管理具有重要的现实意义。

The promotion and application of the evaluation index system can further improve the teacher’s comprehensive examination system, professional title assessment system and teaching reward system, and provide more objective and accurate content and information.
