目的:检测了解枸杞子药材的有关成分,比较各产地药材的异同,便于进行质量控制。方法:取不同产地的枸杞子以乙醇提取后,进行气相色谱质谱(GCMS)分析,对比各药材的总离子流图,分析各组成组分。结果:认为其总离子流图大致相同,可作为定性的依据;但亦存在不同之处,各组分及相对百分含量不尽相同,共鉴定出22种化合物。主要成分为脂肪酸、糖醛、β谷甾醇等。结论:分析鉴定结果可作为枸杞子药材的初步定性依据,并在此基础上收集大量谱图,建立起较完整的谱库。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the relevant components of Radix Astragali and to compare the similarities and differences between the medicinal materials from various regions and to facilitate quality control. Methods: After taking the wolfberry fruit from different areas for extraction with ethanol, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis was performed to compare the total ion current map of each medicinal material and analyze the components. Results: The total ion chromatograms are considered to be approximately the same, which can be used as a qualitative basis; however, there are also differences. The components and the relative percentages are not the same. A total of 22 compounds were identified. The main components are fatty acids, sugar aldehydes, and β-sitosterol. Conclusion: The analysis and identification results can be used as the preliminary qualitative basis for the medicinal materials of Fructus Gardenia, and a large number of spectra are collected on this basis to establish a more complete library.
