“一带一路”战略构想提出后,尤其是在与发达国家跨境电商贸易日趋饱和的情况下,“一带一路”沿线新兴市场的发展,为江苏与沿线国家和地区的跨境电商贸易起到了积极的推动作用。面临发展契机,政府部门应出台相应优惠政策,改善电商环境,加强监管,引导跨境电商诚信经营;电商企业要把握机会,主动适应市场调整产品结构和营销模式,用好用足优惠政策,优化服务质量,提升竞争力。
