船板钢控制冷却后的组织分布及力学性能分析

将控制冷却后的试验材料内外表面五个位置点随时间温度变化曲线和试验的CCT(连续冷却转变)曲线结合起来,得出了五组试样在控制冷却过程中的组织变化。然后进行冲击试验,观察了断口形貌和微观组织。结果表明:通过控制冷却,试样出现的板条状贝氏体、铁素体组织呈无规则取向分布且尺寸细小并互相交织咬合分布,能够有效阻碍裂纹在其中的扩展,明显提升其强韧性效果。 The temperature change curves of five locations on the inner and outer surfaces of the controlled cooling material after the cooling were combined with the experimental CCT curves. The microstructures of five groups of samples during controlled cooling were obtained. Then the impact test was carried out to observe the fracture morphology and microstructure. The results show that the slab-shaped bainite and ferrite microstructure of the specimen are randomly oriented and distributed with small size and intertwined with each other by controlled cooling, which can effectively hinder the expansion of the crack and significantly enhance the toughness effect.
