对普通中小学男生进行踏车功量计上90min50%VO2max的持续性运动,观察蛋白质和游离氨基酸代谢在青春发育期内的年龄特点。结果表明:蛋白质和游离氨基酸的代谢水平接近于成年人超长时间运动的结果,青春发育前期对蛋白质和氨基酸的利用高于青春发育中、后期,提示此年龄阶段的糖与脂肪代谢能力相对较弱,故要求蛋白质有更大比重参与氧化供能;并且,青春发育前期对一碳单位氨基酸中的Met和His的利用程度较高。结论:同成年人相比,青春发育期内,尤其是青春发育前期的机体,对蛋白质降解和氨基酸氧化利用增加的依赖性较高,因此,在此期间增加蛋白质和氨基酸的营养补充非常必要。
The exercise of 90min50% VO2max on treadmill dynamometer of ordinary primary and secondary school boys was carried out. The age characteristics of protein and free amino acid metabolism during puberty were observed. The results showed that the metabolism of protein and free amino acids was close to the result of long-time exercise in adults. The use of protein and amino acid in early puberty was higher than that in puberty, suggesting that the carbohydrate and fat metabolism capacity of this age group was relatively Weak, it requires a greater proportion of protein involved in oxidative energy supply; and, pubertal pre-carbon monomelic unit of the amino acid utilization of a high degree of His. CONCLUSIONS: Compared with adults, the organism during puberty, especially early puberty, has a high dependence on protein degradation and increased use of amino acid oxidation. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the nutritional supplement of protein and amino acids during this period.
