采用X线检查锆英石作为铸型内包埋料时片状钛铸件的气孔率,并用光镜和扫描电镜观察反应层结构。同时,采用EDAX分析了包埋料中的元素在钛铸件表面的分布。结果表明:钛铸件的气孔率为1.21%;反应层厚度为50μm,其结构从内向外可分为5层:烧结层、α层、富Si层、针状结晶层和氧扩散层,且包埋料中的元素在各层含量也不同。尽管如此,用经过特殊工艺处理的锆英石作铸钛的内包埋料,铸出的钛铸件表面呈橙黄色,光滑无裂纹,铸件表面的包埋料只需用简单的振动法即可去除。制作的冠、桥及义齿支架适合性好,能满足临床需要
The porosity of the flake-like titanium castings was determined by X-ray examination of zircon embedded in the mold.
