本文通过绘制25℃下W—H_2O,……等系电位—pH图,从热力学上评述了湿法分解钨精矿各种方法的可行性。指出酸法既可用来分解白钨矿,又可用来分解黑钨矿;苛性碱溶液分解法只适用于分解黑钨矿;而苏打压煮法也可用来分解白钨矿和黑钨矿。同时还分别求出了各种分解方法的热力学平衡常数。
In this paper, the feasibility of various methods for the wet decomposition of tungsten concentrates is reviewed from the thermodynamics by plotting the potential-pH diagram of W-H_2O, ... at 25 ℃. Pointed out that the acid method can be used to decompose scheelite, but also can be used to decompose wolframite; caustic solution decomposition method is only applicable to the decomposition of wolframite; and soda pressure cooking method can also be used to decompose scheelite and wolframite. At the same time, the thermodynamic equilibrium constants of various decomposition methods were obtained respectively.
