本文简单介绍了层流炉气流温度的测量和控制,描述实验主要测量温度元件——热电偶,并说明在应用热电偶时存在的主要问题,分析了热电偶的特性。利用神经网络优化实验各温控点温度曲线。最后以闪速加热条件下生物质裂解及生物质挥发性实验台为例,介绍了热电偶在测量温度的重要应用,概述了镍铬-镍硅(K型)热电偶优化特性模型的建立过程及其应用。
In this paper, the measurement and control of gas flow in laminar flow furnace are briefly introduced. The experiment mainly describes the measurement of temperature element - thermocouple and the main problems in the application of thermocouple. The characteristics of the thermocouple are analyzed. Using neural network to optimize temperature curve of each temperature control point. Finally, taking the experiment of biomass pyrolysis and biomass volatility under the condition of flash heating as an example, the important application of thermocouple in temperature measurement is introduced.
