目的比较陕西省不同产地南五味子的品质差异,为确定陕西省南五味子最适种植区域提供初步理论数据。方法以南五味子指标性成分五味子酯甲及主要有害元素(Cu,Pb,As)的含量为指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定五味子酯甲含量;采用原子吸收光谱法测定有害元素含量。结果不同产地样品品质存在一定的差异,丹凤县样品五味子酯甲含量最高且相对较稳定;所有样品Cu元素含量均超出《中华人民共和国药典》要求,其他两种元素含量则均在标准范围之内。结论产地因素对南五味子的品质影响较大,建议在丹凤县建立南五味子种植基地。
Objective To compare the quality differences of Schisandra sphenanthera from different areas in Shaanxi Province and to provide preliminary theoretical data for determining the optimum planting area of Schisandra chinensis in Shaanxi Province. Methods The content of Schisandra chinense, an indicator component of Schisandra chinensis and its major harmful elements (Cu, Pb, As) were determined. The content of Schisandra chinensis ester A was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The content of harmful elements was determined by atomic absorption spectrometry. Results There were some differences in the quality of samples from different areas. The content of Schisandra sphenanthera in Danfeng County was the highest and relatively stable. The content of Cu in all the samples exceeded the requirements of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China, and the contents of the other two elements were within the standard range Inside. Conclusion The factors of producing area have a great influence on the quality of Kadsura, and it is suggested to establish the Kadsura planting site in Danfeng County.
