民营经济是佛山经济的重要支柱。为推动民营企业跨越发展,推动一批企业实现产值跨越100亿、500亿、1000亿元,佛山市委书记李贻伟特地将“实施党员民营企业家培养工程”作为当年的“书记项目”加以推动。并于2013年11月正式启动148位青年企业家或前往国有企业任职半年,或与各界成功人士结对,互惠互学互助。其中,48名青年民营企业家被分派到36家国企挂职。日前,这批青年民营企业家结束了为期半年的国企挂职生涯,但随即受到了社会的广泛质疑。政府干预民企接班人是否有此必要?挂职模式成效几何?这样做是否彰显公平?
