我省建材行业的大中型企业主要集中在省属企业。省属企业占全省建材系统工业总产值的40%,实现利税约占50%左右。因此,搞活大中型企业,对于发展我省建材工业具有十分重要的意义。我们的主要做法是: 一、调整充实企业的领导班子。我们首先对厂级领导班子进行了调整,使厂级干部的平均年龄由54.1岁下降到45.5岁,大中专以上文化程度的比例由16%上升到77%,专业技术干部的比例由14%上升到56%。在调整配备干部中,我们注意配备一个结构合理、善于经营、具有开拓精神的智能群体。特别注意选拔一个有胆有识、锐意进取、懂经营、会管理的开拓型的厂长和一个在新形势下善于做人的工作的
The large and medium-sized enterprises in the province’s building materials industry are mainly concentrated in provincial enterprises.
