通过对卡盘式工艺装备的设计和对利用双卡盘装夹车削铸铁卷筒加工时的具体加工工艺流程的描述,介绍如何保证卷筒零件各项公差的要求使之达到图样所要求的尺寸和形位公差精度。对中、小吨位起重机铸铁卷筒的加工制造具有一定的实用意义。
