研究了优化明胶膜甘蔗纤维的制备工艺,并将其掺入泡沫中改善泡沫的性能,再使用此泡沫制备泡沫混凝土,研究其对泡沫混凝土基本性能的影响,并对其内部微观形貌进行观察和分析。试验结果表明,明胶膜甘蔗叶纤维改善了料浆固化沉降率、抗压强度、导热系数、干密度、吸水率及孔隙结构等泡沫混凝土的基本性能。
The preparation technology of gelatin film sugarcane fiber was optimized and incorporated into the foam to improve the performance of the foam. Then the foam was used to prepare the foam concrete, and the influence on the basic properties of the foam concrete was studied. The internal microstructure was observed And analysis. The results showed that the gelatin film sugarcane leaf fiber could improve the basic performance of foam concrete, such as the solidification rate, compressive strength, thermal conductivity, dry density, water absorption and pore structure.
