没有创新就没有发展。在市场竞争日趋激烈的今天,创新被视为企业取胜的法宝。作为自身规模较小、整体数量却在我国景区总数中所占比重较大的中小型景区,如何在激烈的市场竞争中与大景区抗衡,创新才是其最佳途径。本文从产品创新、营销创新、融资渠道创新、品牌创新四个方面进行研究,以解决中小型景区的发展困难问题。
There is no development without innovation. In the increasingly fierce market competition today, innovation is seen as a magic weapon for business success. As a small and medium-sized scenic spot where the proportion of the total number of scenic spots in our country is relatively small, the total number of scenic spots in China is relatively large. How to contend with the major scenic spots in the fierce market competition is the best way to innovate. This article studies from four aspects of product innovation, marketing innovation, financing channel innovation and brand innovation so as to solve the difficult development problems of small and medium sized scenic spots.
