[目的 /意义]对“十三五”期间,《公共图书馆服务规范》(简称《规范》)应当而且能够加以修订此做出预判,提供若干建议。[方法 /过程]分析“十三五”时期我国公共图书馆事业发展的需求、图书馆服务研究的最新动态,结合世界图书馆标准化的普遍趋势,对修订《规范》的必要性、可行性进行论述,并提出建议要点。[结果/结论]“十三五”时期,该《规范》的修订势在必行。应着眼于“互联网+”战略,全面提升服务信息化水平,注重与相关标准、法规之间的照应衔接和针对特定人群、特定地区的标准更新,力争建立起符合“十三五”现实情况且具前瞻性的服务标准。 [Purpose / Significance] During the “13th Five-Year Plan” period, “Public Library Service Specification” (“Specification”) should and can be revised to make a prediction and provide some suggestions. [Method / Process] This article analyzes the demand for the development of the public library in our country during the “Thirteen Five-Year Plan” and the latest developments in the study of library services. Combining with the universal trend of library standardization in the world, it is feasible to revise the “standard” Sex discussion, and make recommendations points. [Result / conclusion] “thirteen five ” period, the revision of the “norm” is imperative.
