近年见加大运动试验的强度在正常人和心脏病人中均可诱发室性心动过速(VT),原因为运动时交感神经兴奋,儿茶酚胺释放增多,心肌氧耗增加及/或原有心肌缺血加重等。β受体阻滞剂与钙通道拮抗剂似乎可防止或消除这种VT。本工作对有VT病史的18例病人,采用次极量蹬车运动试验,结合电生理检查诱发VT,研究运动试验诱发VT的机制,并进行抗心律失常药物筛选。
