在初中班级自主管理中,的确面临着很多的挑战,而面临着这些挑战应该提出相应的应对方法。初中生思想处于半成熟时期,因而个性会比较叛逆。学校办学是本着实现初中生自主管理为出发点进行的,班级教育及管理要有充分的自主性,这样才符合学生的发展规律,也实现了学校的办学要求。面对初中班级自主管理各个方面的挑战,需要我们共同的努力。本文对初中班级自主管理面临的挑战探讨了相应的应对措施,笔者认为,学校教师不能成为所有教学活动的组织者,应该让学生自主参与,实现初中班级自主管理这一目标。
In the self-management of junior middle school class, it is indeed faced with many challenges, and faced with these challenges should be put forward corresponding coping methods. Junior high school students thinking in a semi-mature period, so personality will be more rebellious. School running is based on the realization of self-management of junior high school students as the starting point, class education and management should have full autonomy, so as to meet the law of student development, but also to achieve the school’s school requirements. Faced with the challenges of self-management of junior middle schools in all fields, we need our common efforts. In this paper, we discuss the corresponding countermeasures for the challenges faced by the self-management of junior middle school students. The author believes that school teachers can not be the organizers of all teaching activities. Students should be allowed to take part in their own activities so as to achieve the goal of self-management of middle school classes.
