三维有限元(3D finite element)方法,是把连续的弹性体分割成有限个单元,然后借助计算机合成其结合体来代替原弹性体,然后用结合体来进行数据的运算和处理,对分割的每个单元进行力学分析,从而得到整个原弹性体的力学性质。前牙在整个牙弓的最前面,前牙的修复与患者的发音、美观、咀嚼有着密切的联系,前牙的修复方法有固定桥、可摘局部义齿和种植义齿修复等,种植义齿具有良好的支持、固位、稳定功能,舒适、美观较其它修复方法更容易令人接受。本文就前牙特别是上前牙种植的各种情况在三维有限元的研究进展做一总结。
