大型、复杂机电类产品涉及专业较多,研发过程相对复杂,目前大部分机电类产品仍采用传统的串行研发模式。为提高产品设计与制造效率,有必要开展产品研发协同的应用研究。本文结合大型、复杂机电类产品制造行业领域协同研发的特点分析产品协同研发,特别是产品设计与工艺开发协同研制的现状与技术难点,重点探讨系统设计定义、设计与工艺协同流程改进等关键技术,根据分析结果,提出大型、复杂机电类产品协同研发的技术路线。
