用SEM、金相分析及力学性能测试研究了12Cr1MoV钢在550℃保温不同时间后的微观组织和性能。结果表明:随保温时间的延长,12Cr1MoV钢的抗拉强度逐渐升高;屈服强度、伸长率、断面收缩率和冲击韧度均先降低后升高,在保温600 h时达到最低值,钢材脆性最大,其显微组织由回火马氏体转变为低碳板条束贝氏体。12Cr1MoV的断裂特性由保温前的韧性断裂转变为脆性断裂,而保温600 h后又恢复为韧性断裂。
The microstructure and properties of 12Cr1MoV steel at 550 ℃ for different time were studied by SEM, metallographic analysis and mechanical properties. The results show that the tensile strength of 12Cr1MoV steel gradually increases with the increase of holding time. The yield strength, elongation, reduction of area and impact toughness decrease first and then increase and reach the lowest value at 600 h, The most brittle, the microstructure of tempered martensite into low-carbon lath bainite. The fracture characteristics of 12Cr1MoV changed from ductile fracture before thermal insulation to brittle fracture, and returned to ductile fracture after 600 h incubation.
