针对选煤厂主厂房设备多,结构布置复杂,大型设备(筛子,离心机等)运行中常常有动荷载和其引起的振动问题,结合工程实例,对由设备引起的厂房振动的问题,采用传统的简化计算(单根梁)和有限元方法进行了对比,分析发现设备振动的原因。结果表明:设备入料端与出料端支座高差较大时,采用整体计算的有限元方法能够较为真实的反应结构的固有频率;另外从减小设备对厂房振动的角度,设备的布置宜布置在厂房的低端。
