目的: 观察厘米波对体外培养的猪视网膜神经细胞的脂质过氧化损伤作用及亚硒酸钠的防护作用. 方法: 体外培养猪视网膜神经细胞,按微波强度分为3组进行微波辐照1h,选60 m W/cm 2 组进行防护实验,在培养液中加入不同浓度的亚硒酸钠后辐照,照后即刻测培养液温度、细胞内GSH-Px, SOD活性、MDA含量和细胞内Se 浓度. 结果: 辐照后GSH-Px 和SOD活性下降,MDA含量升高,变化程度随微波辐照强度增大而增大. 加亚硒酸钠后辐照,可减轻这种损伤.结论: 本实验条件下,厘米波可引起体外培养的猪视网膜神经细胞的脂质过氧化损伤,亚硒酸钠可提高细胞的抗氧化能力,减轻微波辐照损伤.
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of centimeter wave on lipid peroxidation injury of porcine retinal neurons cultured in vitro and the protective effect of sodium selenite. Methods: Pig retinal neurons were cultured in vitro and were divided into 3 groups according to the microwave intensity for 1 hour under microwave irradiation. The protective experiments were carried out in 60 mW / cm 2 group. After exposure to different concentrations of sodium selenite, The temperature of culture medium, intracellular GSH-Px, SOD activity, MDA content and intracellular Se concentration were measured immediately after irradiation. Results: The activity of GSH-Px and SOD decreased and the content of MDA increased after irradiation. The degree of change increased with the intensity of microwave irradiation. After adding sodium selenite irradiation, can reduce this damage. Conclusion: Under the experimental conditions, centimeter wave can cause lipid peroxidation injury in porcine retinal neurons cultured in vitro. Sodium selenite can improve the antioxidant capacity of the cells and reduce the damage of microwave irradiation.
