目前,一般技工学校的理论教学和实习操作的课时比值为1:1.5～1:2.5左右,目的是使学生掌握一个或几个工种的操作技能并达到一定的技术等级。如何在理论基础不是十分扎实的情况下,让他们通过一定时间的操作技能培训,较好地掌握操作技术,是值得教师们斟酌考虑的。下面是我近几年在从事无线电工教学实践中总结的几点肤浅看法,现抛出供探讨。
At present, the average hourly ratio of theoretical teaching and internship operation in technical schools is about 1: 1.5 to 1: 2.5.
