目的建立橘叶药材HPLC指纹图谱的分析方法,研究不同产地橘叶药材的质量。方法采用HPLC-DAD法。色谱柱为HITACHI LaChrom C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相:甲醇-0.4%磷酸水梯度洗脱(柱温23℃,体积流量1.0 mL/min,检测波长285 nm,记录时间90 min)。使用计算机辅助相似度评价软件进行数据处理,对不同产地的橘叶药材指纹图谱的相似度进行比较分析。结果 10批药材的指纹图谱存在一定的差异性,从共有模式色谱图中共找到18个共有峰。结论所建立的方法稳定、重现性好,能显示橘叶药材的内在质量特征,为橘叶的质量控制提供了科学依据。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the analysis of HPLC fingerprints of orange leaf medicinal herbs and study the quality of orange leaf medicinal materials from different areas. Methods HPLC-DAD method was used. The column was eluted with HITACHI LaChrom C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) and the mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of methanol to 0.4% phosphoric acid (column temperature was 23 ℃, volume flow rate was 1.0 mL / min, detection wavelength was 285 nm, . Using computer aided similarity evaluation software for data processing, the similarity of fingerprints of orange leaf medicinal herbs in different areas were compared and analyzed. Results There were some differences in the fingerprints of 10 batches of medicinal herbs. A total of 18 common peaks were found from the common mode chromatogram. Conclusion The established method is stable, reproducible, and can reveal the inherent quality characteristics of the orange leaf medicinal materials, which provides a scientific basis for the quality control of the orange leaf.
