当前随着尿素生产技术的不断进步和节能降耗的需要,对现有的水溶液全循环尿素装置进行技术开发和创新改造显得更为迫切。早在“十五”规划中,国家就把“水溶液全循环尿素装置节能增产改造工艺软件包开发研究”专题列入了重大科技攻关项目,在总结国内外先进尿素生产工艺技术的基础上,国内已经成功开发出了JX节能型水溶液全循环尿素生产工艺,通过近年来的发展、改进、创新,尿素产量迅速提高,各项消耗指标明显降低。本文对JX节能型技术与水溶液全循环法、CO2气提法进行了比较,介绍了JX节能型水溶液全循环法尿素生产工艺的技术创新、应用概况及前景展望。
At present, with the continuous improvement of urea production technology and the need of saving energy and reducing consumption, it is even more urgent to carry out technological development and innovation on the existing full-cycle urea solution of aqueous solution. As early as in the “Tenth Five-Year Plan,” the state put the “Aqueous All-Round Urea Plant Energy Saving and Upgrading Technology Package Development and Research” into the list of major scientific and technological projects, summarizing the domestic and foreign advanced urea production technology Based on this, China has successfully developed a full-cycle urea production technology of JX energy-saving aqueous solution. With the development, improvement and innovation in recent years, the output of urea has been rapidly increased, and the consumption indicators have been significantly reduced. In this paper, JX energy-saving technology and the whole solution of aqueous solution, CO2 stripping method were compared, introduced the JX energy-saving aqueous solution of urea production process of technological innovation, application and prospect of prospects.
