目的 :通过 MRA与 DSA的对照分析 ,探讨 MRA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。 方法 :对 50例 49个颅内动脉瘤行 3DTOF MRA检查 ,对照 DSA检查结果 ,分析 MRA表现。结果 :3DTOF MRA在检查颅内动脉瘤方面有以下特点 :( 1 ) MRA结合原始图像可显示 3mm以上各种类型动脉瘤及其发生部位。( 2 )原始图像可同时显示部分血栓性动脉瘤内血栓及通畅的瘤腔。 ( 3) MRA能同时显示巨大动脉瘤及其以远的血管。 ( 4 ) MRA能清晰显示全脑或每支脑动脉的三维解剖 ,有利于小动脉瘤与血管折曲的鉴别。结论 :作为一种无创的技术 ,3DTOF MRA在检查颅内动脉瘤方面是一种非常有价值的方法 ,它可以用于筛查和诊断颅内动脉瘤。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of MRA for intracranial aneurysms by MRA and DSA. Methods: 3DTOF MRA was performed on 50 cases of 49 intracranial aneurysms. The results of DSA were compared and the MRA findings were analyzed. Results: 3DTOF MRA has the following characteristics in the examination of intracranial aneurysms: (1) MRA combined with the original image can show more than 3mm aneurysms and their location. (2) The original image can also show some thromboembolism aneurysm thrombosis and patency of the tumor cavity. (3) MRA can show both giant aneurysms and their distant vessels. (4) MRA can clearly show the whole brain or each three-dimensional anatomy of the cerebral artery, is conducive to the identification of small aneurysms and vascular flexion. Conclusion: As a noninvasive technique, 3DTOF MRA is a valuable method for examining intracranial aneurysms and can be used to screen and diagnose intracranial aneurysms.
