用电镜观察、金相检验等方法,分析开裂漏油的柴油机喷油泵出油阀紧座的断口形貌、显微组织和化学成分。结果表明,原材料存在宏观可见的夹杂物,是导致柴油机喷油泵出油阀紧座疲劳开裂漏油的主要原因。
Electron microscopy, metallographic examination and other methods were used to analyze the fracture morphology, microstructure and chemical composition of the cracked valve seat of diesel fuel injection pump. The results show that the existence of macroscopic inclusions in raw materials is the main cause of fatigue cracked oil leakage in the outlet valve of diesel injection pump.
