金作为催化剂直接置入封离型CO2激光器毛细管能有效地促使放电分解的CO2复合[1],但也导致器件工作状态的改变[2]。作者从管内电场分布、有效放电等离子体体积及激励效率、迁移电流、双极性扩散、管壁电荷中和与壁电流等方面作了分析,用以自己的工艺镀制的环膜、离散膜及未置金催化剂管进行了比较实验,建立了器件的数学模型并编程数值计算,指出加入导体环膜后将降低器件效率,改变乃至恶化其运行状态,明确提出离散膜和弥散膜的概念并肯定其优越性,修正了前期工作所得“置入金环使着火电压与IV曲线都升高”的结论。
