研究了“零保温”淬火对20SiMn2MoV钢冲击性能的影响。实验表明,常规热处理制度下,20SiMn2MoV钢的低温冲击韧度不满足API-8C标准,而“零保温”淬火温度为910~950℃时,其冲击韧度及拉伸性能均满足标准要求。“零保温”淬火温度为870~950℃时,随淬火温度的升高,20SiMn2MoV钢试样的冲击韧度逐渐升高;与常规的热处理工艺相比,“零保温”淬火试样的晶粒度要高出一个等级,这是材料具有优良强韧性的主要原因。
The impact of “zero insulation” hardening on the impact properties of 20SiMn2MoV steel was studied. The experimental results show that the impact toughness and tensile properties of 20SiMn2MoV steel do not meet the API-8C standard under the conventional heat treatment system, while the impact toughness and tensile properties of the “zero-insulation” quenching temperature of 910-950 ℃ meet the standard requirements . The impact toughness of 20SiMn2MoV steel specimens gradually increases with the increase of quenching temperature when quenching temperature is 870 ~ 950 ℃. Compared with the conventional heat treatment process, the quenching test of “zero temperature preservation” The kind of grain size to be higher than a grade, which is the main reason the material has excellent toughness.
